Quick and easy protein packed salad. The shrimp goes very well with the tangy lime dressing.

DIRECTIONS

Wash lettuce and cilantro, pat dry. Wash all other vegetables, and slice or dice into small bite sized pieces. Slice avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop avocado out of shell with a spoon. Dice avocado into bite sized pieces. Juice the limes, and add to mixing bowl. Add brown sugar, olive oil, and seasonings.
