1. Cook bacon and crumble into pieces.
2. Rinse and chop broccoli into flowerets.
3. Chop red onion.
4. Combine broccoli, onion, and into a serving bowl.
5. Add greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and sugar and mix.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add bacon and cheese. Note: If not immediately serving, refrigerate salad and add these ingredients prior to serving.
8. Garnish with sunflower and craisins (optional).
