              Crunchy broccoli  bacon salad that is sure to please with a healthy substitute of greek yogurt dressing.

DIRECTIONS

1.  Cook bacon and crumble into pieces.

2.  Rinse and chop broccoli into flowerets.

3.  Chop red onion.

4.  Combine broccoli, onion, and into a serving bowl.

5.  Add greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and sugar and mix.

6.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Add bacon and cheese.  Note:  If not immediately serving, refrigerate salad and add these ingredients prior to serving.  

8.  Garnish with sunflower and craisins (optional).
