DIRECTIONS
Wash and pat dry all vegetables. Remove the ends of the cucumber. Slice cucumber into length long strips. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves. Slice or dice the bell pepper, and red onion. Combine lettuce, spinach, salt, pepper and other vegetables in to a serving bowl and toss. Prepare dressing by adding all ingredients into a dressing shaker bottle. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad and toss again. Top with olives and feta cheese.
