DIRECTIONS

1.  Cook, drain, and rinse pasta.  

2.  Rinse and cut vegetables.

3.  Rinse and halve tomatoes.

4.  Cut cheese into bite-size cubes.

5.  Combine all ingredients into a serving bowl.

6.  Serve with Italian dressing.

Note-Refrigeration allows for better flavor before serving, preferably overnight.

You may add a can of beans for extra protein and fiber.
