Using your favorite pancake mix, pour in the mix and add in spices and COMPLETE LIFESTYLE protein powder, stir. Add the egg, vanilla, pumpkin puree. Mix in water as directed from the pancake mix but in small increments until the mix is the proper consistency. You may use less water than called for in the pancake mix recipe because of the moisture and texture of the pumpkin puree. Once your pancake batter is ready, heat your greased skillet over medium heat and cook on one side until little bubbles start to form then flip. Once cooked all the way through remove from heat.
Add cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar (totally optional, substitute for honey or skip altogether) and spice in a food processor or blender. Mix until blended. Spread the cream cheese over the pancakes and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. These are really sweet so no syrup needed but you can drizzle a small amount if desired.
