DIRECTIONS

Sautee onions in melted butter in a pot over medium heat. Add all other ingredients and whisk together. Once all ingredients are warm, turn down to a simmer. If the soup is not coming together, pour into a blender or food processor a cup at a time and blend until creamy and one consistent texture.
