DIRECTIONS
Glaze: Mince garlic into very fine pieces. In a medium sized bowl add oil, honey, water, lemon juice, and minced cloves. Stir glaze mixture until thoroughly mixed.
Seasoning Mixture; Mix salt, pepper and paprika together in a small bowl.
Salmon: Rinse with water and pat dry. Rub seasoning mixed onto salmon. Add butter to an oven-safe skillet, and melt butter over medium heat. Add salmon to skillet. Cook salmon on each side for 3-4 minutes. Top salmon with glaze and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Place skillet in preheated oven on broil. Broil salmon in oven for 15-20 minutes or until glaze mixture turns to a thick glaze. Baste salmon every 5 minutes to keep salmon covered in the glaze.
Rice: While salmon is cooking, prepare rice according to package directions.
Avocado: Slice avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop the avocado out of the shell with a large spoon. Slice avocado in wedges.
Spinach: Mince garlic into small pieces. Wash spinach. Place spinach, water, garlic and vinegar in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until spinach is cooked (about 3 minutes).
Serve salmon over rice and top with avocado. Add spinach to plate and serve.
